Results or lower revenue/profit for the latest quarter not unexpected given the recent lower volume of trades in Bursa and the generally weak sentiment in Bursa. Will pick up when market turns bullish again.

The main plus point for the company is that the PP and ESOS generated much cash for the company, without which they would be in cashflow deficit. At the moment, the company is in net cash position with cash reserves and cash at bank of about RM35m. They also hold large number of Treasury shares which can be turned into cash if needed. Hence no cash flow or liquidity issue for this company for the short term.

Guys, the Annual Report has been released today. Have a read in details. I have few observations. MQ is not listed in any of the top 30 largest shareholders. So the conclusion is they are not holding any big amount of shares and obviously their modus operandi is to sell immediately even at half sen profit. Same goes for ESOS - with such a big amount of ESOS exercised none of the staff are listed in the top 30 largest shareholders. So same modus operandi - they probably sold immediately after exercising even at probably half a sen or a sen profit.

MQ is subscribing 5mil shares at 2.5sen under the PP today.

It seems so hard to get 2.5sen. The buy Q is 10x the sell Q !

There is no sight that the virus is going to die off but rather here to stay. Under the circumstance, the only way to safeguard ourselves is via vaccine, vaccine, vaccine, booster (also vaccine), another booster (vaccine).....Same with other countries in every parts of the world. For the CEO he is not buying for trading purpose like some of us but for investment in this company on a long term basis - perhaps he sees much potentials in this company. Otherwise he wont keep increasing his stake.

No worrries...just wait for few more months. Once the PP expire by Jan 2022, the share price should start it climb. Just be patience a bit.

Yes, you need to have patience in this counter. Dont expect any significant uptrend until Jan/Feb 2022. Meanwhile this is an opportunity to buy and keep. I think I have bought enough, dont want to be greedy and just lock up the shares and relax. But if got chance to buy at 2.5sen sure will add more. Otherwise look at it again in Jan or Feb next year to see if got any CNY ang pow.

Not sure how much you can still trust this datuk. see what he did to rubberex, how he played the share prices, bought empire valley and made minority suffered....Ask rubberex minority shareholders and you will know how much pain they suffered .. .

Foreign funds are gradually coming back to Bursa and they will buy up blue chips as they are attractive now. Yesterday we saw a run up for Bursa. Today could be Tenaga turn.

News that foreign funds are in - they will likely buy up bluechips like Bursa, Maybank, Tenaga, etc. Hence more upside in share prices for Bursa can be expected.

Looking at the transactions I think operator is absence today - more like retailers buying plus a few big boys.

Some persistent buying at 3 sen is noted today - likelihood of someone or groups actively accumulating.

Maybe today can close like boeing triple seven -7.77. Tomorrow going to cross 8

MZM2511 - thanks for the tracking and update on the PP. Another 213.8mil to go which is about RM5.345m based on 2.5sen. Not a lot more and if volume is large, the whole amount can be absorbed easily. I think we are reaching the end of the tunnel soon. Shining star ahead.

This should be quite a clear indication - that he bought another 2 mil today. See if he continues to buy some more, maybe bit by bit.

PP is coming to an end soon with less than 300m (or probably 200m) to go. That can be easily absolved by market even if MB decided not to hold after acquiring the remainder via PP. Less than half day today, we saw about 150m shares traded at 3 sen already. Together with the relaxation of the interstate travel and revival of the local economy, I guess it is the right time for price to slowly move up as our market has turned rather bullish already.

Market is turning very bullish from today, possibly taking the cue from relaxation of interstate travel and revival of the local economy. Bursa is the main beneficiary her where market is bullish and active.

Hi guys, I like to share some thoughts after spending a bit of time reading and trying to understand better on their PP with Mcquarie Bank (MB). MB have clearly stated in the PP Agreement that they do not intend to become major shareholder nor do they wish to participate in the management of the company. That explains why after acquiring about 3/4 of the 1.2bil shares (20% of Bornoil Capital), they never made any announcement on "Major Shareholder of 5 % or more). Their strategy is to acquire in batches (of course at a discount of up to 10%), quickly sell them and take the profit and use the proceeds to acquire the next batch. It went on and on. They are happy because they made some profit and Bornoil is happy in raising the funds required for their objectives (expansion, new business, working capital, etc). There is a "Floor Price" of 2.5sen set in the PP Agreement - so the PP price cannot be lower that 2.5 sen. Hence it is unlikely that the share price will go below 2.5sen as it will not benefit MB or Bornoil. The PP Agreement is for 1 year - so it will end by end JAN22 (another 4 months to go).

Hope you will find the above information useful and do share your thought for the benefit of everyone. We are here to invest and hope to make some money. I think by Feb2022 the share price should slowly go up and that could be the reason why you see Datuk Ambrose Lee buying gradually in advance. KWAP have been selling for months but amount sold is pretty smallish compared with their shareholding. We dont know their objective of selling - whether to manipulate or control the price or just to raise quick cash for other reasons.

EPF continued tp buy as they are of the view that the share is undervalue.

Something is brewing. Today price started moving up with unusual large volume. Actually alredy started moving last 2 days. Today is more obvious.

With more and more businesses and factories resuming operation back to normal, utilisation of electricity will increase and this will translate into better revenue and profits for TNB and better dividends for investors.

Even aggressive share buy back by company also cannot push up the share prices. Just wasting their cash for others to exit !!

This is a big "Red Flag" - moving away from core business into property. If they buy Mid Valley or Pavillion I would say it may be a good move but buying into the rubbish Empire City !!!!
