Today sudden change of momentum because shark needs excuse to move the price up. It doesn't need to be materially significant.
My personal opinion? Why so long for SD to announce EY? Cos it's not up to the BOD now. Why did the 2nd largest share holder (if it's his in the first place lah) asked to change KPMG and then revert? It's because EPF and PNB intervened.
SD is innocent till proven guilty but for those who think EY is the savior, it could be the final judgement?
Of course, any results won't know in months time and for now, let's casino

2. After recent private placement annoucement, with consistent income stream of RM160m a year, any reason for further pp or RI?
3. Since management concluded to exit construction and property business in Malaysia, would future income from Vietnam PP being distributed as dividend?
4. Would JAKS management set a dividend distribution policy? Eg. 70% of profit etc

To me it makes a different whether JAKS distribute as dividend not. I run a business and assume you own 10% of my company and not drawing salary, your 10% only valuable when you sell it off. And how would the buyer value your 10% worth? A company that distribute dividend deserve a higher PE. Otherwise, JAKS would become another high NTA company with low share price haha

For Serba business in Malaysia, RM100-200M would be a more realistic figure. You just have to look at few years before their listing to get an idea.
