IBs are allowed to issue SWs, then allowed RSS of T + 8 days, then allowed to have their analysts churn out ridiculous reports about companies. @will75 no, i meant..how is it that the IBs are allowed to determine what the price of a mother share should be by issuing a structured warrant at a certain exercise price, and then when near to expiry, they are allowed to do RSS and given T + 8 days to settle... sounds quite wicked/crooked to me...

i'm trying to understand...some people are allowed to issue structured warrants and then given the advantage of T + 8 RSS to settle... unfair advantage??
