Today, Since 12th November 2013, with half a bill of accumulated shares moved to all time low distribution platform. Whatever accumulated has now disappeared. Beginning of overhanging shares of 15 mills.

Seemed that all the rights issues monies about half a bill has been taken out from Sumatec and paid to HS. In returned Sumatec will get profits over a series of years. It sounds more of a ponsi scheme, rather than business.

Wow, looks like its more on debate on benefits of cocoa. Focus should be on how much can chocolate generate profit to PMcorp? If not much then debating on wrong footing does not help.

Don't think so. It's more likely a mob up of all weak retailers before this counter move up. So funds are slowly buying in which they have disposed earlier due to the proposed business trusts. All brokerage are calling for buy.

Wow so much estimated profit, can it be converted to cashflow vis a vis dividend to shareholders or we end up looking at huge cash figures in balance sheet like China Sexy lady.in "wonderstan"

Press conference has to be called as the share price is slipping together with interest in the stock. Have to tell more stories of foreign land. Hope anyone here could go to "wonderstan" and find out what's going on there and let us know.

Sumatec christmas sale is probably over for the year. It does not move according to any indicators nor to any large volume surged. High volume and high spread in prices may indicate large unloading of shares by sharks and contribute to future high overhanging shares.

Market is all time high and why is this counter going south? Cos the boss has made his money in the last round and waiting to skin the duck out of the shareholders. again.
2013-12-09 12:09 | Report Abuse
No worry, just that the boss himself ate the skin and threw the bones to the shareholders. The best part of the duck is always the skin.

Agreed smalltimer, as long as the big boss is still the same person dun touch the counter.
Look at all the counters under the same boss. Dead and skinny ducks.

Creditors and the rest where debts are converted to equity are considered sharks too as the dumping will damage the share price. They will not come back after dumping and create more overhanging shares in the market and suppressed the price.

More stories to tell now no cash payout as the two swallow have migrated. Looks like ikan bilis got misled further. Anyway it's not surprising as the two swallow do not have board power to call for capital repayment anyway as reflected from the last month sell off of PM shares.
"I like the phrase, "one swallow does not make a summer". Actually for me it's "two swallows". Both Andrew Khoo & Mr. Ho Chun Fuat have resigned. I was deliberating with ex PM Corp Director Andrew about changing name of PMC to Tudor Gold. Andrew suggested Network Foods. Then he suddenly left us to join Star Buck Coffee in Singapore.
Now Dr Ngui Chon Hee & CFO Ho Chun Fuat who both brought up the subject of Capital Consolidation & Cash Pay Out have both resigned too. It came as an untimely surprise as the timing of Cash Pay Out Is This Year, according to Mr. Ho."

I only see when there are carried forward accumulation of shares. But this counter at the moment is not moving. Imagine for small fishes being led to wait for years for the stock to move, most would just sell and move on.

Despite ur salemanship day and night, its so unfortunate that the price is being suppressed when the KLCI index is breaking record highs. What's wrong with PMcorp anyway? Is Tudor chocolate contribution insignificant to PMcorp's performance?

I don't speculate on whether Tudor has worldwide market. If you want to talk about chocolate, go visit Langkawi or in fact in Singapore, you can see that the world chocolate markets are highly competitive with many reknown swiss and euro brands.
I only looked at how players of each counter accumulate its shares and how fast they disposed it. PMC accumulation todate is not attractive at all.

will touch 22.5 sen soon, the last run up is the opportunity for sharks within the management to sell before the release of the report. Ikan bilis here will go bust if losses continue and does not jive with capital repayment if it needs more working capital to improve its business and plug its cash flow due to losses.

The price trend history looks to higher low instead of higher high. So optimism over price doubling over the long run is highly overestimated, unless company come across very good business deal.

"More and more people, I believe, are reluctant and unhappy to pay taxes because they hold the view that the government is lavish and corrupt."
"All this while we have been told and assured repeatedly that everything is okay - the government has money, the Treasury is filled, revenue collection is good and billions of ringgit of foreign investments are flowing in," he said.
"So why should the PM, who is also the Finance Minister, sound so desperate?"

Jonny cash is right. For Bjcorp to return to RM1.00 and above is difficult. As for selling assets, that's what VT has been doing to BJcorp by selling part of BJauto, Bjfood etc to the public but unfortunately the paid up of Bjcorp is so large that the sell off merely benefit the majority owner VT and family. Anyway VT is TDM crony and those days of strong cables linked to government is declining. Moving forward many of the so called incubators are maturing and by listing them as seperate businesses any big losses can be shared unlike the defunct Berjaya Holdings Bhd where many minorities loss their savings

Bjcorp has too diversified business. But have a look at its properties lists you can always buy this counter instead of MAS. But I agree with certain forumers here that buy low sell high method is appropriate.

MAS target for a profit will be in 2015. By that time its game over for the bull market.
Any way, this time the sell off is not as bad as in Aug 2013, but then the test will be end of this month when the market corrects see how bad it performs.

Magnum is now a pure NFO play like Bjtoto. It is a defensive stock going forward. The excitement as in growth stock will not be there anymore except that it's quarterly earnings are inconsistent and thus volatile as compare to Bjtoto, thus the price will move to reflect the inconsistency.
