after rights issue and pp they might push it to over 40 cents again and let it consolidate there. Price now is just too cheap for a 80m revenue co with a real business, you can see their products on shelves unlke fake co like macpie, green packet all..now name tainted cause of those people coming in but assuming business remains same and with additional 8m (from warrant conversion) + 6m (PP) + 10m (minimum RI)...this extra cash should alrdy increase the value of the co and I hope they use it to pay debt. Then 40c by early May no issue. some of u who are trapped can cut loss in May onwards at 40c+ good luck

their real play has always been to get one pump + dump project and probably make 5-10m fast money there (this one masuk personal pocket and tax free), plus make 5m for the co in warrant conversion for the co use. then collect back cheap with PP and RI to lower their avg price. Pls rmb they got this 30% of this co initially at 44c then reduced their average a bit with PP of 36-40c. Now assuming price is maintained between 25-30c by end of the month they will get to lower their average a lot to probably 35c a share by getting the new batch at 20-23c. So its win win for them, alrdy make dirty money in between and lower average holding of their shares plus turnaround the co also which may allow them to justify higher prices in the future. How to lose as a shark? They cannot...

feel bad for a lot of them who kena conned converting..all sitting at average price of 0.55- 0.70 now. So let me tell u the true analysis of what will play out now. Recently this pump and dump they mostly cashed out ready and distributing profit now. The only good thing is the wa conversion should raise around RM5 mil at least for the co. now number of shares also 180m+. Coming pp and rights issue will mostly be only subscribed by majority shareholders as no minority wanna subscribe with share price so low, so max lets say 300m shares after finish exercise around early May. so can raise 25m there plus 5m from wa conversion earlier. Enough to pay off all debt. will be ngam ngam net cash co with 80m revenue a year and 4-5% PAT margin, 3-4m profit a year only. justify a 100m market cap at this point with net cash position. divided by 300m shares...33 cents company lo. May be able to go to 35-36 max if people willing to pay more. How will the co ever be 45-50c back? Only if they really going into China and expanding. If not will be stucked at 30 something cents even after selling stops unless sharks play again but wont be so soon. So those who got over 55c all....takziah..it is over for you this year.

Plus reduced 7m debt recently from Sep 2020 PP. after coming PP and RI, will be net cash co so no more huge int payment and overdraft which means co can finally make 4m a year profit. I have been watching this stock since BI. 1.50 seems like a strong base there that made me got the wa at 89.5 - 91c. Will keep monitoring this stock. Chin Hin got over 25% here. I think RM2 no issue in a month or two.

Let me share my personal portfolio, I keep 60% invested in stocks I dont touch..now I have SCIB, D&O, ATAAIMS and I just sold GREATECH few weeks back. 20% I use to speculate on P&D stocks like this..recently made 30k from G3 by watching the movement since 1.44 all the way to stock split to gauge the bottom. Now I got in here a bit at 40c, 40.5c and will add more if I can get cheaper on Sunday.

I always keep 20% cash also in my portfolio for my long term holdings in case general market selldown. So, if you are a newbie you should nvr bet over 20% in this type of stock in the first place. I suggest you study and read more and work harder. If you have lesser than RM50k you shouldnt even be in market. Wasting your time. Good luck.

Also you need to understand why they cannot let the price slide too much if they wanna the rights issue which was approve in EGM yesterday. Many examples in the past for u to refer. Recently my guess they probably make anywhere from RM20-25 mil from the pump and dump, which is of course will be split amongst themselves but a part of it especially the ones from the warrant conversion ironically will be used as capital for business expansion. So it is quite sad to see those chasing the wa and then converting getting slaughtered but essentially what is happening is you are helping the company expand its business in China with your "contribution". As a human being, I admit what they did was evil just like what Puan did in G3 also this month to make over 50million. But this is Bursa. When sharks play a penny counter especially low share base like this, never chase.I always seee the same ending...when shooting up people all flood in and buy. When selldown like this all panic sell, realize losses and dont look back but come to forums or fb to mock the company. Then the technical rebound comes and they end up crying more...:)

Just be objective and have no emotions when making a call. Does it deserve 70c? NO. 60c? NO. 55c or 50c? Maybe. 35c? Nah too cheap especially with rights issue and new entrants, then look for ok entry. Not much upside ready but do you think it will go much lower? End of the day I will say the same thing..let the price action decide later. But always be objective, rationale. Yes, many who chased above 55c deserved to be slaughtered due to greed. Thank you..I do not know exactly how much the technical rebound will be but I think the ceiling could be at 50 cents. After all that is the price of Chin Hin's boss entry Nov last year. Surely he will want the same price back before he takes up the rights issue lol

Lol I think some of you here really need to read more because your knowledge gap is huge compared to me no wonder I can keep making so easily. Accumulated losses have been kitchen sinked in 2020 that is why the huge losses reflect the low of 20c last year. they are a profit making co now as of FY2021. But anyways I have no time to talk to small fishes I care about making money only and I am damn good at spotting opportunities as I have with G3 also last week. I watch like a hawk and when I spot cheap stocks I go in big and make 30-50k profit one two days in a trade. I do not need to explain myself to newbies but I have offered my help here.
