This could be the reason why - three rights share for one held. Meaning that each share, upon distribution, will be reduced to a quarter of its value - not to mention the warrants (two for three rights held). If the share is now 24sen, after rights it will be about 6 sen in equivalent value. How much will be warrant then be priced? How much actually is the share valued at right now - fundamentally?

I think better check background stuff to see how much more RE is attributable to this company earnings, as well as how big are its Solar Farms, if any. Not only has it broken 1.13, but went on to touch 1.15. If technicals are to be believed, the potential for its new highs are good. Maybe even its last point of 1.20 can be tested

Sasbadi has entered the I-Cloud at current prices. If it hits 0.24 and continues upwards, then it will be above the cloud and signify renewed interest in purchases

Deleum is out and above the cloud. If it breaks 1.13 today, we shall be looking at new highs - guessing that it will return to 1.18 next week

Just a few days ago, on BFM, they announced that they are concentrating on pre-school education which transcends national barriers and geographical limits. It means the company is looking beyond the lucrative Malaysia market and it is already in kiasu Singapore. With earnings in USD, and rising demand for education at a younger age, you can roughly plot your profitability of this stock. One cant deny that the owners are pretty smart and not depending on local market. As for its stock, I do have confidence that it will be moving up soon. The price to test is 0.24. If it breaks this, then it is above the cloud.

Ex-rights on Jan 23. So technically, there is more certainty in sharebase. ie. no more conversion to dilute existing share base. This augurs well for this and we can expect a rise pretty soon in prices. In other words, it should be in uptrend, all things considered
