@commonsense: For those that invest in this company, what is the target PAT for FY 2019?
Valuation is super high at 100x PE based on 12m PAT of RM23.6mil.
Even if they double their profit (which i doubt), PE would still be 47x.

Matrix is selling its first-ever KL development. Saw the booth at Intermark Mall. Go check. This will mark its entry in KL. I spoke to one of the sales staff. Apparently they are aiming for blue-chip status on the stockmart.
