Working experience and occupation Fahda is the Managing Partner and founder of the firm, Fahda Nur & Yusmadi in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Fahda received her Bachelor's Degree in Laws (LL.B.(Hons) in year 2000, where she was also named the recipient of Lembaga Tabung Haji's Best Law Student Award, President's Award for International Achievements and Overall Best Student Award from the International Islamic University Malaysia. Her varied activities earned her the National Youth Award 1999 and she was subsequently awarded the CYP Asia Commonwealth Award in 1999. A former British Chevening scholar, Fahda obtained her Masters in Laws (LL.M.) from University College London, United Kingdom (2003-2004). Upon graduation, she received the Sir Jack Jacob QC prize for her distinction in civil litigation.

Fahda was called to the Bar as an Advocate & Solicitor in 2001 and was formerly an associate at Messrs. Zain & Co. and Messrs. Tommy Thomas. For the past fifteen (15) years, she has been the managing partner of her law firm, where her key practice is centered in litigation, particularly, civil, corporate and commercial cases. As an experienced court barrister, Fahda has appeared at all levels of the court, i.e. both the Subordinate Courts and Appellate Courts. She has extensive experience handling complex and high-profile cases, involving both private and government-linked corporations. Fahda is also a dual civil-syariah practitioner who is adept in matters relating to Islamic Banking and Finance and is a certified syariah lawyer for three (3) states. Her legal experience spans across borders and she has handled many disputes involving foreign jurisdictions and foreign law firms, having advised clients in Australia, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Singapore, Indonesia, Japan and Germany. Fahda was named Member of the Order of the Crown of Selangor (Ahli Mahkota Selangor) in 2017.

When Sabah Govt told Tsh BOD (Board of Directors) to help manage Inno in year 2007 it has given 300,000 over acres of forest lands to Tsh as long term concession

On these lands Tsh painstakingly built and now got Rm400 millions worth of timber biological assets

Rm400 millions is 32.98 sen cash value

So?

56.16 sen
Less 20.51 sen

= 35.65 sen

Rm248.5 mil
= 20.51 sen per Tsh

And to level the playing field we see Tsh got 94700 acres versus 45000 acres by Mkh oil palm

So 94700 acres minus 45,000 acres
= 49,700 acres extra

Now we only take the original cost of Tsh at Rm5000 per acre to value

So 49700 x Rm5000

= Rm248.5 millions

so these cash value adds up

11.69 sen + 8.24 sen + 18 sen

= 37.93 sen cash

before July Tsh expected to receive Rm273 mil from Part two Bulugan land sold

about 18 sen cash

Tsh also got Rm100 mil worth of value in Joint Venture Refinery in Sabah with Wilmar

about 8.24 sen cash

and Rm141.75 mil
is 11.69 sen cash
