馬資源擬脫售Duke大道30%股權

（吉隆坡27日訊）消息說，馬資源（MRCB,1651,主板建筑組）正考慮以1億8千萬至2億令吉價格，脫售大使─淡江大道（Duke）的30%股權。
《The Edge》引述消息說，上述大道目前已開始營造健康現金流，且符合內部回酬目標，馬資源目前正與數方洽談賣股事宜。
