if a company is making money qtr after qtr, why should the stock price goes down?

no such thing as high cannot go higher if it's back by strong profit.
besides, the price is only $2, there's no reason why it cannot goes pass $2.30 (which is TP of many IB)

base on numbers alone, this is an undervalue stock.

epf is doing to malakoff what they did to maybank counter last year, hence the continue low price.
another interesting case, take a look at lafarge. epf disposing non-stop. price of lafarge is at historical low, so any price epf sell now is a guaranty loss. go figure :-)

larfage has been on down trend for quite a while now.
1) less demand for cement
2) more competitors in market
profit down for consecutive quarters. there's nothing to support a price increase.
some IB TP are below $6. i guess it's still worth a look if it goes down well below $6.
