if it didnt do fund raising, i see share price i enter.
after it announce fundraising, i did some quick see through company, few red flags.
1) high revenue but low profit margin, even with aluminium price spike
2) mostly family owned in shareholders, very risky if got family dispute
3) business at many different countries, easily inflate some account figures
this is just brief look through data on websites, not really in-dept research.

company SBB range is rm1 - 1.1
if go back down you scare what got company support, worst case you cutloss
more upside though. see your on view. those trash talkers just mad cause they can no longer short any counter/sector
gloves = company SBB or really sibei low price. the risk of shorting is very risky if suddenly UP they kena squeeze kao kao
tech = actively volume traded very low, hard to manipulate
oil = volatile as hell, because news change everytime

now uptrend, only up like 20% from low. go take profit at 1.4-1.5 lel easy profit TP can be attained

everything was sooo good, until it want to do fund-raising which raises some red flags.....
i wanted to enter man, see "fundraising" i runaway

its mostly the conman themselves are buying from left hand sell to right hand. create artificial volume for support/buy/sell to attract any suckers.

dont get your hopes up though, the agreement was like velesto to make sure their oil rigs are operational when petronas wants to use them within 2 years.
in the end theres no $ made yet, just a move by petronas to show some morale support to velesto investor.
they dont want another sapura in making

after that 2years contract with petronas, that slim chance for increase use of their oil rigs.....
need to play the long game though very slow, no catalyst until petronas want to use velesto's rigs

nah not collecting, most likely overflow from other expensive tech counters.
when those tech becomes overbought / overpriced people move on toward alternatives within same sector but lag behind.

why semi-con finished? the sector itself has pretty good future.
only problem i would say is maybe OVER-VALUED, thats the catch.
1 bad quarter the whole sector faces massive sell off.
chips are always on demand, with technology advancement as long as companies keep up with their growth theres
hope. only downside is share price may be overvalued because of the global chip-shortage.

any strong dnex diehard fan, can help answer these questions
1) dnex revenue/profit in % comes from o&g or semiconductor?
2) both sector need heavy start up fund / operation cost do they have the money?
3) recently ask for 700m for siltera expansion, what news?
the moment they do fund raising via PP or RI, i can see a huge sell off as malaysian retailers all
TAKUT @FUND-RAISING, 99% see that in announcement = next trading day lao sai

cita realiti is just 1 of the con companies, but dont forget their group.
they invest in companies then use those companies to raise funds to buy shares from other companies
use money to create more money. its 1 gang of i buy your shares and you buy mind, in between we pump share price up then dump, or get cheap price via PP.

sad story for this company, nobody know if it follow O&G or semiconductor rally
semiconductor rally, oil sector not doing so well vice versa
