1. GLC Made by PH when they ask PNB to inject fund inside Sapura. Now UMNO have to come and save this GLC.
2. GLC normally will be save by Government
3. Sapura in one of Bumiputra assets and hold large Bumiputra number of share. Further reduction in Bumi assets and share is not an option for the Government at this moment.
4. Sapura is holding strategic assets for the country including the oil reserve in sabah and sarawak which cannot simply allowed to be sell to other foreign country or go bankrupt. We done this previously with IHH when PH selling it to Japan and we lost control of the largest assets to foreigner. This government don't want to repeat the same mistake.
