I think SD is not GLC. Only Sapula is GLC after 2018. So that is why Bossku try to help them by pushing government to take proper action on Sapula. On SD case they are not GLC but very much close to Federal Government & State Government in terms of current active project and CSR. I think they also one of PETRONAS vendor if im not mistaken.

afifi the reason is because SD got a lot of active government and GLC contract and project currently on going and to let it gone or bankrupt is not in the table. Government will not allow it to happen. So they are looking for the best solution. That what i know.

From last video conference with XIFU, Dr ken and Hibiscus management also not giving a good explanation on this issue. Lack of institutional and major fund interest in Hibiscus share need to be address by Hibiscus Management so that we can see its true value. Without any major interest from Investor, current shareholder will also feel the pain.
