Since this counter shot up last May, the phenomena has always follow the mantra "sell on fact", as shares got dumped and price drop after every "good news". Now that the price seems to factor in all the bad news, I wonder what the price will be tomorrow. The 15 sen will likely be factored in, so it should open around 3.25 or so....

General market weakness from the political instability.

Big buy support at 3.30....interesting...

Typical one day fake bull. Difficult to trade nowadays, missed both my buy at 3.30 and sell at 3.52, so no chicken rice.

On the way up, all the proponents was calling any careful punters names, including insulting mother and grandfather....

Now on the way down, it's the naysayers insulting hopeful investors....

Glove counters have a long history of sell on fact....after release QR, share split etc.....drop.....

India's numbers are grossly underreported as the system has failed to attend to everybody. The official numbers are likely only the symptomatic ones fortunate enough to get into hospitals. The estimate is real numbers are 5-10 times more.

Those who panic sell yesterday should not have bought back yesterday....lol

still got people calculate TP based on PE....if you must do that, then calculate based on normalised PAT beyond pandemic, maybe 200mil/Qtr.....

The west, especially the USA, is always hypocritical...in normal times, they are quite happy to buy cheap goods (iPhone, Nike etc) made by cheap labour, big profits by their companies..but whenever they feel threatened in any way (gloves because high prices and short supplies) they will use "cheap Labour" argument to punish you....

Gloves is normally a low margin human resource intensive business, hence cheap labour is vital....so all glove makers in normal times try to cut costs, especially labour....

The last one year is unusual, in the sense that the margins suddenly becomes huge, resulting in very big profits....but these are one off....

They still need to keep an eye on costs, as when the asp goes back to normal, margins will become tight again....so despite all the hoo ha about "forced labour", they cannot allow cost of labour to increase too much.... otherwise it becomes unviable...

Going forward, glove makers face the double squeeze of normalising asp and increasing labour cost....and the market is reacting to this reality.
