This tambun counter if u monitor it long enough, they follow the health of the market quite often. As of this moment, just like Pendrive king said, uncertainties. If not it would already be green.

@jantzen, sorry was busy focusing on other counters. Anyway tambun stil remain my favourite, its jus that it cooled down already, so i take money out to whack other counter. Made some profit n i entered tambunwa at 76 and 78sen. I stil beliv it will reach rm1 by end of this yr. Just dont want to freeze my money in tambun when it is slping. Lol

The company is good fundamentally, its just that i follow the big group of people who pushes the price and take profit. I think after they take profit, the price was too low n thats why ppl bought it again. but shit i did not buy back when it hit 55!

I cant disclose, previously this counter is really cheap. They are playing it up till at least 65sen. If u entered when i asked that day in Tambun thread u would make a handsome profit.

Rm2 prolly by next year? their land deals have already planned til end of the year, which after valuation after the sales would put tambun RM1.50 by 4th quarter. But omg.. with this rate, i can no longer tell. Lol

Tambun continue to exceed my expectation. It is not even Sept and it is already heading to 1.40. Especially the warrant, reaching 100% gain in just 3 weeks.

Actually all the while ive been buying n selling with warrant since 33cent, with the same amount of money u can buy more and earn more. Its 1:1 and always close together with the mom. That day i sold All at 0.735 n buy back at 0.66 when i saw the chance.

@jantzen. Yes this counter very well go so much further by end of the year will hit rm2 if their quarter results should do better or at least maintain. Forget about election, its business as usual, BN wil be there for the nxt 5years. Like i say y this counter hav little political risk is because of their business nature. Ppl will definitely overflow frm penang island due to so much cheaper land and tambun's landback in mainland is so dam huge!

Personal feeling, this counter's main drive is actually the completion of penang 2nd bridge and the overflowing of properties from penang island. Ppl and developers are buying tambun indah's land for development and tambun themselves are developing and selling.
