Personally i think other property stocks will be affected, but for tambun it will not.. The political risk for this counter is quite low based on their transactions and nature of business. It may be slightly affected but wat we know for sure is that penang property is overflowing n 2nd bridge is definitely going to be ready by sept. I would say this is a long term stock(at least til sept to see it double up) speculation wise i wont recommend this stock.

perisai fundamentally is strong.. I agree we stand at the side at the moment, but make sure to collect once it hit 90-95sen, collect a lil every 5sen. i doubt it'll break 80sen..Just my 2 cents. This counter is a must to monitor for Feb and March.

i think furthest perisai could go is around 0.90. this counter will rebound really fast end of this month after the gov dissolve.. Get ready to enter by then
