There is an issue in their boardroom and something went wrong with something. I cant reveal much on this sensitive matter, but what you see everyday the UPs and DOWNs are actually ONE on ONE. Someone whacking the price down and someone supporting and pushes the price up. Anyhow it is a good long term stock, previously our valuation is based on 3months to touch RM1.50, now it takes longer time to reach that figure, we revise it to 6-8 months. So it is up to you, u can choose to dump or keep. We are keeping. =)

This is a very good fundamental company. Deeply undervalued, will reach RM1.80-RM2 by end of the year if our economy climate remains stable. Currently it is below RM1.40 is really cheap. Grab slowly whenever you have the chance.

RM1.25 is already below their company valuation. Look closely on tonight's US job data, if bad then it'll shoot up, if good then it may drop further below RM1.20. Our KLCI may drop to around 1650. Big fish eating small fish just happened. I am shocked myself, +5 to -4!! Thank god I did not add in extra if not i would be one of the victim. LOL! Index is barely green only. Make sure to look out for the US Job employment data tomorrow! I am quite sure if the US employment data is bad, they will delay their tapering and our index can shoot up 30+ points. tomorrow night will be judgement day for all investors around the world.

After they went into this electric business, Their value after valuation is roughly around RM2. But because this counter is cheap so that means there are a lot of speculators. And during times like this (bad bad bad time) speculators will just leave. Anyway this counter already overbought, so going back to correction is normal. If you can keep longer than 3 months is good, because this counter is related to one of the cronies. He make money, you make money. Nevertheless most important now is the health of the economy.

Nope, those IPO traders are already flushed out. Those who remains are long term investors. This counter, unlike e.g Tropicana, uses most of their own money to invest. Investors dont like counters who owe banks or other investors money. This show they have the strength to go further, Just look at their high DY and dividen payout, this already indicate something. I say put it in here for at least 2 months, Rm3 would be reachable in 3-4months in this climate.

In my opinion, this is the lowest risk counter with the highest potential. Especially during these times where property stocks are affected by the new policies.

Property stock currently facing some consolidation. Tambun volatile days are over. Ppl who invest in this stock should only think of cashing out towards end of the yr which we wil see its volatility again after they acquire more land.. they already sold most of their land already.

Its not sour grape, ive been monitoring this stock since last year and getting feedback frm gamuda's Project management side and i double confirm with their staff internally.i dont simply spread news unlike a few in this forum. Its not what u see on the surface but under the water. Did u know they want the project so much they under priced everything..

Be really careful with this counter, i receive really bad feedbacks from clients dealing with them.. ALL mudajaya projects are currently behind schedule. Expats are complaining on their plant projects. The whole world is looking for their indian MD which is wat i heard is that he is a useless guy. Their MRT project is hurting their profit, running at a loss. Just my advice, i wont invest in a bad reputation company. Investment is all about knowing the company well enough to invest in them. =) Cheers
