From what I've read, Gkent is a cash rich company, unfortunately, they failed to secure a new project in the last few years. This is the reason why they start to venture into a new business - gloves.

I think part of the reason may cause by latest comment by stock analysis. They said the restructure plan didn't look attractive until the new CEO provide the details and take real action. IMO you have to wait 2022 to see the actual movement.

I'm very sick with those comment like 10 sen or 60 sen coming soon ...

As I know, the proposed price by KLK is lower than the actual value, so the chances to pass are just 50% - 50% (or lower).

If the proposal is accepted, the price will shoot up + special dividend
If the proposal is rejected, I guess the price will drop (we all know what is IJM fair value right?)

Selangor may implement Total Lockdown. If government approve moratorium on total lockdown, banks counter may greatly affected.

If base on current trend (no new moratorium), my own chart showing short-medium term (1-6 months) can hit RM0.77. I will wait & see what happen these 2 days (Thursday & Friday) before decide.

Base on what I've learned in the recent stock market course, reasonable TP for AFFIN are
1) Short medium term = RM2.00
2) Long term = RM2.40

Mark my words, let check back 1-6 months later (short medium-term) and within 6-12 months for the long term target.
