I already said all these. BJcorp shareholders are the most neglected. In FYE Q4 2015, Bjcorp also invested in BJland. Later, at the end of Q4 only to see BJland announced a lost. Why invest when they already know that BJland is going to make a lost. Could have used those RM200m to pay 5% dividend.

Don't worry. CRCC has won many projects in hand. The Penang tunnel and major roads worth RM6bn and High speed rail in Indonesia woth USD6bn. What about the projects in Thailand and even in China? Eventually, Instacom becomes Vivocom International because Instacom is going international. So simple to understand. Vivocom is the in house sub contractor for CRCC. That does not mean that CRCC cannot have other partnership which Vivocom can't do the job. It is a none issue. Good for everybody and related parties because Neata Aluminium may be ask to supply aluminium parts...

For 3 days the price was flat, what do you think the so many traders will do on T4? They sell and sell. This is the opportunity to clean up and the placement price will be lower and good deal for the substantial investor. Look at it positively, because this substantia; investor cannot simply sell like the traders. I am still positive. Nothing change on the fundamentals. I just want to see more announcements on the book order value and the quarterly P&L showing profit improvements.

Profit in 2016 80mil and 2017 160 mil. If the profit is on target in 2016, the price will be 50sen and in 2017 easily 80sen.

Having said we should keep for a couple of years, I expect to see 2 things: 1) Periodical announcement of increased book order value to 1.8b in 2016 and 5b in 2017. And 2) Quarterly report of 20m profit in 2016 and 40m profit in 2017.

They are controlling the price to fix for the PP. Most likely 28 or 28.5 after 10% discount. Be patient. The company needs funds for the billion dollar projects. If the share price is too high, investors won't place the large sum of money. I am sure there is already some sort of price agreement for this. After that, there will be more action for sure.

The price of BJcorpse was deliberately suppressed so that it will be below the call warrant conversion price on the date of expiry. Crooked way of making money from the traders. Don't know why the government allow these call warrants to exist. The price of BJcorpse has been distorted with its price at PER 1.5. Dirt cheap but shareholders losing money.

klkk, each time we thought it is already cheap and we buy in, the price will fall to the next level. Buy and hold is ok. I wouldn't know to hold for how long. I have held for 4 years. The last call warrant expires at the end of March 2016. Hope no more suppression of the price then. Good.luck.

I have said this many times. Let me reinforced once again. This is a genuine company which is the most important factor before anyone would invest in it. As such, I wont be selling anything below the target price. Slow and steady is the best. Rome is not built in one day.

We are talking about 5bn business for the next 3 years. Definitely we need more funds and capital. That means more business are expected soon. It is definitely good news. I am positive on this announcement. I wish they would not give more than 5% discount.

For me, I take today's news as positive. The Q3 result came in so much better than expected. Everyone here expected a loss. This is important. The private placement means Instaco needs more cash. This is going to be big business. It is only negative if the cash raised is misused which I very much doubt it. So to me this is positive news and is on track,. Nowadays lots of stories have been told to push up stocks. We really don't know who to believe. Some are just rumours to pump and dump and game over. If you want to invest well, you have to read not only with your eyes but also with your head. The story line for Instaco is so different from others. Look at what happen since early this year. Bought 35% of Neata, 10 sen rights issue, bought another 43.7% of Neata, give bonus shares 1:3, the number of issued share is now 2.3billion from 700million, hiring of Dr Yeoh, write up by CIMB, publicized news everywhere ( Star, Borneo Post, Edge, Bernama, Malaysian Insider, bill board in PJ. and many more.... Are all these bluffs? Use your head and think. But don't expect miracles. Don't expect price to rise to 72 sen overnight. We need to follow and monitor this stock. We are investing for the future. Doitanyway, I also bought Instaco shares 3 years ago. We are in the same boat. I also bought the rights issues and excess shares at 10sen. My shares are not for sale below 72 sen.

From the share price movement this morning, support is at 31sen. The price has been drifting down for 5days. The volume shrunked. It is about time to move upwards but not before the majority profit takers have done so with their selling. If you can't make money from this stock, then don't ever invest in stocks. Something you have done is not right. For example, you borrowed to invest, you don't have holding power, impatient, easily misled, unsure of yourself, confidence in your investment, etc etc...

How bad can the result be? Instaco was a very small company before it buys Neata and Vivocom. Lost half million or one million?

Suppressed Bjcorp's share price.

For the last two years, all bjcorp's call warrant lose money. They soporessed bjcorp's share price.

Instaco will continue to rise slowly but surely. However, the management will have to continually announced new projects from time to time up to 2 billion and a decent profitability for 2016.

IQbe is right. Bjcorp stock price has been manipulated to kill off punters who played the call warrants. As long as the call warrants prices are below the strike prices, the call warrants have zero value on expiry date. If you understand call warrants, you will know why Bjcorp price must remain low. That is what iQBE is trying to tell us. I believe him. It's very easy. Just study the price movement of Bjcorp and the relationship to the prices of each call warrant on their expiry date. Tell me which one warrant makes money. For call warrants to make money, Bjcorp price must be above the call warrants strike price upon expiry date.

Imseng, that was what I was thinking before I jumped into buying this stock. What gone down must come up. Now is 4 years later and it has drifted much lower.

BTW anyone here attended the recent AGM? They said the reason for the low price is also because BJcorp was not Syariah compliant meaning Epf, kwap, pnb cannot invest here. I said not true. Bjtoto is also not Syariah compliant and the share price is so much better than Bjcorp. Because they gave out dividend quarterly.

Gray, if I was always right in making investment decision, I wouldn't be investing in this stock 3 to 4 years ago.
I am not saying this stock price will remain at this level. It may go up tomorrow because of the Vietnam project. Or it may continue to drift. I will be the happiest person if it suddenly shoots up.
Imseng has many good questions why the price is so low at PER 2.0. The 2015 profit 850 m, EPS 18sen, NAV 1.60, Many more good factors. But the price is dirt cheap and yet nobody wants. I was one of those that brought this up in the AGM.
For share price to reflect on the value of tge company the following must be there:
1. Profit and good financials
2. Returns of investment - dividend policy
3. Future of the company. On going and future projects.
4. Do not lose shareholders money. BJcorp failed badly here.

The shareholders of Bjcorp are the most neglected investors. Even the dividends received by Bjcorp from its subs and associates Bjtoto, bjauto, bjfood etc were never past down to its shareholders. Shareholders of those subsidiaries received their dividends except Bjcorp's shareholders. See what I mean?

I noticed Bjcorp invested more in Bjland when the latter announced making losses later. Bjcorp shareholders are the sor Chai. They are the most neglected ones.

In 2015, making 850m profit, giving only 1sen dividend. When can we get 5 sen dividend? Making 5 bn profit?

Giving peanut dividends and share price keep falling, who want to invest in Bjcorp? Only you and I. The traders or punters are doing better using range play for this stock.

People getting more and more fed up. Why should they buy a stock where the price keeps falling? There is no bad news. The stock is already bad. The board do not care about the shareholders. That is the main problem.

ganasai, I already told off the board of directors during their recent AGM. 99% of those shareholders present lost money. But the company made 1bn. BJcorp received dividends from BJtoto, BJauto, BJfood. etc...BJcorp did not pass down all these dividends to us. How will the sock price go up? Who wants to buy and get stuck.

Will CRCC get the Malaysia Singapore high speed rail project? Another opportunity for CRCC/Vivocom.

I am not worried about this quarter result. I am more concern about next quarter Q4 result.
