How much must BJcorp profit before price can go up? Although profit is the key it is not just the profit. Investors expect certain amount of return so that their investment is worthwhile. I already explain earlier. Todays 1% dividend declared is better than 5% dividend in 5 years time. You can plough back the dividend to increase your stake if you want to or if you don't need the money. Look at the share price. It down all the way. The investors are BJcorps prisoners. Is that what the minority shareholders want? I want BJcorp to declare reasonable dividend. I want to plough back the dividends to increase my stake. Seeing dividends, more investors will be attracted and buy in. All these will help share price to go up. Market capital of BJcorp will also go up. Not like now, the minority shareholders are prisoners. Some are starving because their money is tied down. Of course if no profit there is nothing to talk. Eric Lim, The management of Bjcorp has not been favouring the minority. Bjcorp is an investment body. We are also investors. So as investors Bjcorp and us expect returns. We invest into Bjcorp to invest in other companies like Bjland, bjauto, bjtoto. All these companies distribute a total of more than 200mil to Bjcorp as dividend. Bjcorp only distribute 40mil dividend. I am sure we can all see the glaring difference. Not only that. What about the 1 bil profit? The investors got nothing out of it.

Only BJcorp makes money ( profit 1bn for FY2015 ) and also receiving good dividend from BJtoto, BJauto, etc...BJcorp investors only receive the same miserable 1 sen dividend as usual eventhough profit surged to 1bil. 1 sen dividend is 40mil payout. If 1 bil payout is equivalent to 25sen dividend. We are investors. We are not greedy. We are asking for a fair portion of return for our investment.

For comparison purpose only, yesterday Hibiscus announced of a project in Europe, the share price starts to go up and now suspended. When BJcorp announced a project, it is the reversed. Price is the same or continue to go down. Looks like investors are shying away. People don't care about what BJcorp announced. See Chris Chan's criticism of BJcorp. Can't blame him. In a way, he is right. What I say is not meant to hurt shareholders. It is a wake up call.

Last year AGM, Finance director already mentioned about BJcorp got the lottery licence. But cannot start operation yet. He said already got the title but have not receive the crown yet. This is exactly what he said.

Small profit, give small dividend. OK. Big profit also give small dividend. BJcorp is an investment company. If big profit, giving same small dividend. You think there will be bigger dividend in 2 or 3 years from now? They might be making losses. No dividend and share price maybe 30sen only. I agree with you about long term investment. Agreed Eddysurge. That is what I have been stressing. Whose fault? Definitely not his alone. The minority is also to blame for not speaking out or at least support another minority speaking out. Some even accept no dividend payout. For sharing, for such a big and mature conglomerate, there is no dividend policy all these years. In other words, it depends if VT feels like giving or not. Why I pick BJcorp. NTA 1.60 and keep rising. Dividend consistent 1 sen with steady annual profit. A lot of assets not revalued yet. In 2008, higher profit followed with higher dividend. Why share price below value? Demand and supply. We keep on seeing negative comments like conman, snake etc. All these are perception. To some VT is still collecting. So he has to keep the price low. Those who cannot wait will sell. Some who knows will trade. No long term investors like Eric Lim and me. Except that Eric can survive without dividend. I can't. This good stock has been manipulated. Some advise not to buy because very big cap or accounts too complicated. Just like recent buying of BKyoto. All this cross buying here and there. Why BJCorp buy 50% BKyoto? BJland own 100% of Bkyoto and BICorp already own 60% of BJLand. Very simple reason. BJCorp got money mah. Make rm1bn in FYE2015. Now pay BJLand 's debt. So there goes our 4 sen dividend.

The worse is over for this stock. They lost the tower tender nusiness in 2014. That is why the profit came down. That is why Instaco bought 35% of Neata to bring in 17mil profit per year ( 1.3 sen per year). The major share holder or boss is now Ang Li Hann. This is a new game. With the rights issue, Instaco is cash rich. I believe Instaco will buy more into Neata. If Instaco buy 100% into Neata, the profit should be 48mil or at least 2.0 sen per share with the enlarge capital. You can analyse the rest and share your opinion.

Eric Lim, we cannot compare BJCorp RM0.40 with Warren Buffet's Berkshire which is now USD206,000 per share. Berkshire's stock price goes up and up each year. BJCorp evethough make profit but thr price goes down and down. Simple reasoning. Majority of investors do not have confidence with BJCorp. They don't believe in this stock anymore. If nothing is done, nothing will change. So is the low price.

BJCorp registered a higher revenue and earnings of RM800mil for FYE2015 but the stock price fell despite the highest profit since 2008. When will BJCorp have this high earnings again? BJCorp is an investment company, that is why the earnings sometimes up sometimes down. Sometimes make little profit and sometimes a little more profit. Making little profit means little dividend. Bigger profit means slightly more profit. I am sure the shareholders will understand this. Today, BJCorp makes an all time high profit since 2008 but announced only a little dividend which is like the dividends given the last fews. For the last few years, the little dividends given is understandable to the shareholders. But now making all time high profit and still giving the same amout of dividends like the last few years. Which shareholder can tahan? That is why some sell off their shares. They cannot tolerate this nonsense. BJCorp being such a big company has no dividend policy. Do not allow the company to use this as an excuse not to pay higher dividends. The EPS is 17.5 sen. We are not asking for 17.5 sen dividend. If the minority do not ask, this is going to be what they get.

Who is not scared when the headline reads " BJCorp Q4 4 losses widen". I believe this was prepared by the company and send it to the press. The headline could have been " RM800 million profit or 17.5 EPS for BJCorp FYE2015."
