Confuse, if you are waiting for Instaco to report profit before you invest, come back next year 2016. I think Q4 is about break even or slight loss because they have to start paying Dr Yeoh, the new CEO. His salary may be able away the Q4 profit.

Skng74, I have contacted the Borneo Post to clarify the 1.9b. Is it a project tender value or order book value? On 13/10, the Borneo Post reported the 1.9 as tender value with high chance of success. However, on 3/11, The Edge Financial Daily reported the 1.9 as order book value. I will share this upon their reply.

crystal168, I commented from what I read especially the order book value at 1.9bil. Instaco management has been very active lately, started with acquiring 35% of Neata Aluminium and giving away free warrant C to reward existing shareholders. Then came the rights issue to raise funds to further acquire 43.6% of Neata. After that, to further reward shareholders, Instaco announced bonus issue 1:3. The share price has since moved up aggresively. On Nov 3, in the Edge Financial Daily, Instaco announced the appointment of the joint CEO Dr Yeo an their order book value of 1.9bil. If this is true, then there are potentials for growth in this company. Remember there are always risk in investment. Price may fall due to the overall market sentiments. thesteward, rumours are stories going around which are not true. However, the article that went round is true. Some are the authors opinion. The 40 - 60 sen is just speculation or target. My own calculation is based on the Order book value 1.9bil for 3 years or 633mil per year. Profit at 10% is 63.3mil. Issued shares is 2.3 bil. So EPS is 2.75 sen. Based on PER 10 times. The TP is 27.5 sen conservatively.

All these while make losses. Now only started making profit. So share price of Stemlife could be blow cost. Even if BJcorp earned profit from their investment, don't expect any dividend from the company. Further more dividends received from BJtoto, BJauto, BJland, etc..., did BJcorp passed down the dividends to their shareholders? BJcorp eat and swallow all. Who wants to buy or invest in BJcorp? That is why the price keep coming down. Fed up investors keep selling. All shareholders keep losing their money.

The order book which is used to be 400m has boomed to 1.9b. The original CEO Anne Kung will continue to handle the tower projects while the new joint CEO Dr Yeoh will be in charged of the building projects. 1.9b book order is for 3 years. With profit at 15% is 285mil. That will be 95mil per year. The current number of issued shares is 2.3 bil. So EPS is 4 sen. With pER 10 times the price of Instaco share should be 41 sen. Please buy at your own risk.

Each time share price goes up one sen, the fed up shareholders will sell to cut loss. I don't know there are how many fed up shareholders but we can see the large volume of sellers coming out. One sen up on the share price can off set the one sen peanut dividend. These people can also collect their sales money first.

One shareholder brought up that Calvin Tan in i3investors said that BJcorp is a RM10 company and is very undervalued. Now seldom see him around. I said dead.

In the AGM, Robin said BJcorp is not Syariah compliant. So govt funds like EPF cannot invest in BJcorp. What about BJtoto which is also non Syariah compliant? BJtot gives dividend every quarter. That is why the share price is so good.
Where is the money BJcorp received from their associates and subsidiary companies like BJauto and BJtoto? BJcorp did not pass it down to their shareholders. This is very unfair. BJcorp sharesholders are most neglected investors.

Give BJ time to sort things out. There are already 8 foreign owned casinos in Jeju. So why stop this one? It is a matter of price. Kang wants more.

Will there be more news after bonus? The company must come out with a comprehensive report to share with the shareholders and investors the valuation of the company. The job value in hand, tenders participation value and the value of jobs likely to receive by Instaco etc.Where is the company heading after the rights issues, purchase of Neata (35% and 43.6%) and bonus excitements?
