Ignissimia, you are doing very much better than me and many others, I am sure. But the return of investment is still very low considering the period you have held these shares. Had I put my money in the bank, I would have made 4% per year ( no brainer ). Better than investing in BJCorp where the management do not care about the falling price over the years.

BJcorp's Net Asset Value is 1.60. Earning per share is 18sen. Why is the share price only 39 sen? The par value is 1.09. As such, the shareholders are losing money.

Where is the cash from the sale of land, BJauto shares and other assets? Where is the cash received as dividends from the subs and associate companies? This is purely bad cash flow management. Did not reserve cash for shareholders.

Investors may choose the fox but businessmen may not like to deal with fox because you will not get a fair deal. Instacom catches investors’ eye after Neata acquisition

KUCHING: Instacom Group Bhd (Instacom) saw high volumes of trade the past two days following the acquisition of an additional 43.6 per cent stake in Neata Aluminium (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (Neata) which raised the group’s stake in Neata to 78.6 per cent from 35 per cent.

Instacom was the third most active counter on Bursa Malaysia on Monday with more than 50 million shares traded, rising to a high of 23 sen and closing at 21.5 sen on Monday.

Yesterday, the shares closed at 21.5 sen with 15.5 million shares traded. This represented about double Instacom’s share price of a fortnight ago – and on high volumes for the past two weeks when its share was regularly featured as a Top Ten counter with strong trading momentum and high follow through buying, indicating there could be further upside for the stock.

According to Instacom executive director Choo Seng Choon, Instacom is confident that the acquisition will be beneficial to the group given the strong track record of Neata-Vivocom with its current order book or RM247 million – with visibility up to March 2018.

“This means that, the Instacom Group will have strategically diversified into new areas and viable businesses.

“This exercise forms part of a longer term plan to strategically position Instacom on an even more solid and stable footing in terms of having sustainable and recurring revenue growth.

“With this acquisition, there will be another stream of income, thus diversifying the earnings base, which is expected to enhance shareholders’ value,” he said in an email interview with The Borneo Post.

The acquisition of an additional 43.6 per cent stake in Neata which raises Instacom’s stake in Neata to 78.6 per cent from the group’s current 35 per cent will result in Neata being a subsidiary company of Instacom (it is currently an associated company).

This thus allows Instacom to consolidate the financial results of the Neata group with Instacom’s.

Neata is mainly involved in the design and fabrication of aluminium structures while its wholly-owned subsidiary, Vivocom, is engaged in civil engineering and construction.

This means that Instacom will be actively and directly involved in the industries of telecommunications, manufacturing and construction.

Choo further revealed that this acquisition also comes with a profit guarantee of at least RM34 million for the forthcoming two years from Neata to Instacom.

“The acquisition of Neata-Vivocom will definitely enable Instacom to diversify and broaden our business base and hence our earnings capabilities.

“As it stands, the Instacom Group’s enlarged order book is healthy and the pipeline of tenders we have participated in are massive.

“We are confident of emerging from the acquisition stronger and more solid than ever with new revenue streams coming in,” he said.

Overall, the acquisition of Neata and Vivocom is expected to bring various synergies to Instacom.

Aside from increasing the income of the group, Choo added that the acquisition will result in the sharing of resources and know-how, and expansion of business opportunities through cross-marketing of products and services and cross-referencing of customers within the enlarged Instacom.

On a side note, Choo told The Borneo Post that concurrently with this acquisition, Instacom is also embarking on a one-for-three bonus issue to reward shareholders.

“On the business front, we are confident to be able to secure a big portion of these tender participated based on the strategic relationships we have cultivated,” he said.

This stemmed from the enlarged Instacom having collectively participated in project tenders with a total estimated value of approximately RM1.903 billion.

Why so many people so upset, angry and do not not like to invest in BJcorp and calling BJcorp all sorts of dirty name? Simple they have all lost money investing in BJCorp. They are all disappointed. BJCorp making profits 800mil, NAV 1.60, and share price keep falling until 37sen, so far below its par value of 1.00.

The most important rule in business is do not lose the shareholders money. This is rule no. 1. Bjcorp has failed in this.

But if Bjcorp is making losses and do not give dividend and the share price is 40 sen. Then it is normal.

It is good to have a lot of noises to get attention. Potential investors will be aware of the new projects of BJCorp. But this is only the beginning. All these projects must bear fruits/profits. What for so many projects but no profit. Even have profit is not the end. Decent profits (normally 40 - 60% ) must be distributed to the shareholders. This will make the shareholders happy and they will invest more. Even new or potential investors will be attracted to the dividends. Does BJCorp has all this 3 important features? BJCorp makes a lot of noises and profit only. It fails to distribute a decent dividends. It has no dividend policy. You can call up their investors relation adn ask. Potential investors will shy away. Even current investors has been selling. That is why the share price continue to come down. it is a simple demand and supply theory.

Oh shit, how can one describe BJCorp better than berry.

A good investor look for under valued company. Better investor look for good valued company. The best investor look for good return of investment.

We must be extra careful when a company is making profit and yet the share price cannot go up and PER is less than 2. Something is very wrong. Company management cannot be trusted.

No way the price will fly because there is no reason to.

Asumming 1.9 bil project is for 3 years, revenue will be about 600 mil per year. The income say at 10% will be 60 mil a year. With the enlarged capital of 2.3 bil, EPS is 2.6 sen, Based on Per 10 times, the price will be 26sen.

Suddenly order book jumped to 1,9bil? From which project? Neata or telecom towers?

As I said the price surge is only temporary abd won't last. Give one good reason for the price to go to 50 sen. It wil range from 35sen to 45 sen. Thats the best it will go. Smart people will only trade and not invest here.. Don't blame the uncles and aunties. BJcorp pay peanuts, they get monkeys.

bullrun, conversion price of WB is 33 sen. So it is way out of money lah. At current price of WB at 3.5sen, Instaco must be 36.5 sen to breakeven. Do you think Instaco will go up to 36.5 sen? Possible, if they are given the 1000 tower projects in Malaysia.

Each time BJcorp buy a company, they will say the new company will contribute positively to the future earnings. But each time the financial results is announced, they will say it will be challenging for the next financial year. This is their standard statements. As long as, they do not distribute fair dividends and the share price remain low or lower, whatever they say is meaningless and not beneficial to the shareholders. That is what investors are looking for. Investment return and price appreciation gain.

We just need one good reason for the share price to move up above 10% and hold there.

ignissimia, the regular traders already know this counter do not have stamina or staying power. They would have bought at 36 -38 and start selling from 40 sen onwards. It will come down again if not lower. However, due to the coming AGM, the price may hang around 40 sen to give the investors hope.
