Great to know this stock, though it is not cheap now, but the promising future justified its price.

The only hope is to be able to collect it cheaply.

Now have to patiently wait for the panic promotional sale. :)

The investing community feel more exciting during the period of 2007 but not the latest one in 2011.

The performance of this company is highly connected to the price of Nickel over the past 10 years.

When the Nickel price went up, the cost of materials in hand had become cheaper & at the same time the Company could increase the selling price of the products, thus making better profits during the boom time of Nickel.

Sometimes it is very hard to predict market, when I thought I hope to buy some this morning with cheaper price, then suddenly it become expensive again.

Hi, I did not angry or whatever, just lament only.

There are many good stocks but facing selling forces, I can't predict whether it will turn & run away or not, that's why I seldom recommend any stock.

But what I know is the more a good stock dropped in price, the better on Margin of Safety, means the downside risk is becoming lesser.

The same old words, try to read the annual reports & analysis done by others, digest & make judgement.

It happens to mostly everywhere, the only useful things are those provided by the website & blog sharing.

Please try to build creditability for your ID.

It is getting tough to get useful within comment section, either chichatting (girl friend thing), talk like wet market (not market talk), claiming sky is going to fall (price dropped one cent), simply ask without checking bursa website first (when ex date), sometimes the worse 人又是他鬼又是他.

Sometimes, I can't predict who will be the front runner at any particular time.

But I believe collecting cheap will give bigger scale safety of margin & good return overall.

Agreed with thradsah, it is only time can tell who can survey from this wave of low price/over supply. Only the best will stay.

Without protection from the government projects, this company can't sustain with external competitive environment.

Pay more attention & closely monitor on this kind politically linked company if you really want to "bet" on it.

I like this stock for its jv with malton, other than that, the construction division is badly under perform with extremely low profit margin.

The management stated that they still believe they made money by assigning the jobs to sub-contractors. Since the margin so low & hope the sub-con help to finish the jobs for the company, how about the quality of construction works & if something goes wrong by the sub-con?

The construction division is totally not convincing at all if referring to the segment reports in past years annual reports.

The gem is still at property division.

Sometimes it is very rediculous to see some so hard sell say last call, grab, upside, climb, higher tp, etc... but at the end claiming it is not buy call.

So, What is the stand? Joke? For fun?

It is quite a SHOCK to me as these monthly concessional incomes should be kind of guaranteed profits, no matter how we count or calculate.

If the company cannot make profits after the construction is completed in this concession, all other 2 concessions will be very likely the same story.

Please take note that the company is making profits during the construction period via the recognisation of paper profits. (Refer to IC Int 21 on concession accounting treatment)

When looking at the 2015 Annual Report (page 74) under Invest in Subsidiary, Inovatif Mewah.

The financial result is very weird:

Revenue - 47,856,000
Loss - (12,017,000)

The construction of this campus should have been completed as there was not much increase in total assets of this subsidiary, so the revenue were expected to be as the following:

1. Availability Charges
2. Maintenance Charges

In general, the availability charges are 1% or more on top of the finance charges & the maintenance charges should command more profit as minimal maintenance cost is expected for new building.

Technically to say, both incomes should bring profits to the company.

But WHY now suffering losses???

Interest income is 0.3% only. (Interest income over Cash = 3.6M / 1156M)

I am not sure if the directors are so stupid to keep cash unproductive & get loans with interest rate of 6%!!!!

Will the Auditors be sentenced to jail if SC found out that the cash shown in the audited accounts were in fact did not exist?

There are hundreds of companies up to be chosen, try to avoid this kind of China stories companies, too many runaway cases elsewhere.

Secondly, what put me in the dark is the huge intangible assets recorded in the accounts & nothing much of the details was disclosed in the Annual Reports.

I want to make sure I put my money at the right place & that's why I've decided to dig deep to see what was really there.

Now another surprise to me is the concession agreement was not even signed at the first place, then what should it supposed to be?

Maybe all I can say now is Malaysia Boleh???!!!

Good & fair writing on Ken. Most importantly, the company has been constantly paying dividend at yield of not less than 3% for more than 15 years down the road.

4 years Historical PE was average of 7.351,
2015 historical PE was 6.5 (RM1.77/RM0.2716)
Current Rolling or trailing PE is 5.47 (RM1.77/RM0.3236)

Profits increasing but price dropping or unmoved.

PE is just merely an indication & reference. Invest at own risk.
