Bro, the other (potential) plus is, comparative to conventional loan facilities, cooperative loans tend to have higher approval rate given its less stringent and more concessionary-inclined credit assessment protocol which could (potentially) contribute to the fee income dependent on successful processing and approval.

In my opinion, the pp to take more stake in Sukaniaga is very good deal. The cooperative members market is big. The business model is indeed very good. No need to fork out big capex to enjoy consistent income, also the overhead cost is small. I hope Orion can go for the remaining 80% stake in Sukaniaga.
