@moneykj: I reckon the increase by 10% is probably to secure a slight higher management influence in Sukaniaga.

That would be another 80m for a company that has no proven track record. I think 20% exposure is fair enough. :)

moneykj In my opinion, the pp to take more stake in Sukaniaga is very good deal. The cooperative members market is big. The business model is indeed very good. No need to fork out big capex to enjoy consistent income, also the overhead cost is small. I hope Orion can go for the remaining 80% stake in Sukaniaga.

Orion has some 600m outstanding issued shares currently. They had obtained approval to issue further shares to interested private investors (private placement) subject to a maximum of 30% of current outstanding issued shares (0.3*600 >> approx. 180m).

Chew Richard Thirty percents of private placements indicates that the shareholders are very bullish about the company's prospect as they need to inject at least 17 mils (at the price of 10 cents) - 34 mils (at the price of 20 cents) into the company.
