Closing down an unprofitable outlet is easier than selling whole shopping mall when it gets empty. If you go to Penang, One Stop is one example of abandoned shopping mall despite 20 years ago business is very good there. So can any Parkson shareholders take trouble to ask whether all Parkson outlets are making money(even in M'sia). Those not making money must close down even workers will lose job.

I came to understand Parkson Subang Parade is closing down in Dec 2016.
Hektar offers 6 months rental free to take over retail space presently occupied by Parkson......

Visited sales showroom today but find myself only customer. Pity see more employees than customers how to clinch sales. Wait for 20/15 sen coming soon.

I don't remember others because they not from M'sia. Only remember Parkson got a lot of cash to buy back shares almost every day mean they have a lot of money. MBSB and Tienwah also ask for right issue but not Parkson.

Consumer financing-Aeon Credit has done very well so if Parkson join it future will be bright.
