Invest malaysia, what is Analysis based on facts? Do you mean based on Net Tangible Assets ? No future profits assumptions ? Care to share? If the numbers turn out to be good without future profit or losses assumptions or imgination, I may consider buying some.

Beary , although nobody can tell the future, we have to be realistic that ASP will.defintely come down . The question is how much and when and what will be the corresponding capacities and what sort of margins. I have done a worst case scenario by assuming the factory ASP back to pre pandemic and new.capacity of.48 billions per year and 70 % utilization and mfg.margin.of 8 % . The earning is about 1/4 of the peak earning in 2021 . This worst case earning is still.significantly higher than the pre pandemic earning . This is mainly from the change of business model which cut off the middle men like dealers and agents. WE cant put aside the distribution profits. Any.scenario better than the worst case scenario is a bonus. You can digest the workings and derivations of my analysis. Market prices may not necessarily jive with fundamentals. Market are driven by sentiments which can.be extremly optimistic or greedy or extremely pessimistic / fearful.

Beary, I do not know how he came to such conclusion. Did he used DCF.or PE method.? What assumptions he made ? Ask him to show his analysis then.we can critique. He may have missed out the Distribution profits and treat supermx as the same as other glove makers which have mfg profits only. Today the supermx distributor profit account for 35 % of the total supermx profit . In the last 4 qtrs , the total supermx.distributor profits alone account for more than 1 billion which should not be ignored in the fundamental analysis.

Those who bought in 2019 , 2018, 2017, 2016, 2015........and keep until today still okay lah. Profit still.more than 5x . Some of these smart " speculators " would have.sold during second half of 2020 making more than 10x . These peoples are still young not retired yet . With the huge cash, they are ready to come back.again and sapu like vultures if shorties push the price down further.

Invest malaysia , this is temporary paper loss not real losses. Rebound is imminent. I expect Harta, supermx and kossan to do well in.the coming qtr especially harta . Harta shipped only 6.7 billion pcs last qtr against 9.5 billion the previous qtr and can still produced rm 1.1 billion profit. Imagine if it shipped 9.5 billion this qtr plus about 300 million.inventory kept in the warehouse due to shortage of container in the previous qtr . It will also announce a 20.sen dividend . I may buy some.next week. Any comment? Your favourite glove stock?

Beary, I share your optimism on glove demands even.at post pandemic. The world has 8 billion peoples . Currently the average per capita usage.is only at 50 pcs. US per capita usage.is touching 300 while the European and Japan.usage.is about 200 plus. The other 3/4 of the world population is way below 50 . The rooms fir growth is tremendous with new hygience awareness.
