1 Keck Seng has nearly 600 acres (237 hec) of residential and commercial lands under
development at Bandar Baru Kangkar Pulai
2 Keck Seng is also the owner of the 500 acre (208 hec) Tanjung Puteri Golf Resort which
consists of a 54 hole golf course, clubs and other recreational facilities.
3 Keck Seng also owns the Tanjung Puteri Resort which is an 800 acre (359 hec) residential, commercial and industrial land under development.
The rest of Keck Seng's nearly 9,000 acre land is under oil palm cultivation. Keck Seng's lands are all located in Johor Bahru, a city with a population of 1.8 million. In comparison, Nusantara is expected to have a population of 1.9 million in 2045. Keck Seng's land is worth at least RM4.5 to RM5 billion but TSH's land is worth at most RM10k per acre or just RM1.5 billion in total. One is a useless stone, the other is a piece of diamond.

Total land worth about RM4.5 billion. Its paid up capital is only RM360 million. TSH's land in the Kalimantan forest is worth at most RM10,000 per acre.

Calvin the Tua Pao, Keck Seng was RM1.60 more than 20 years ago. At around RM6 a share, it is trading at less than a third of its intrinsic value. Just spend some time to pore over Keck Seng's annual report, this company really has a rock solid balance sheet. It has net cash of RM1.1 billion, investments in shares worth over RM400 million, hotels at Waikiki beach Hawaii, New York and Toronto, unlike TSH which has lands in the Kalimantan jungles. Keck Seng's overseas properties carry a book value of RM400 million but have not been revalued for an average of 20 years. They should be worth around RM1.5 billion today. In addition it owns Menara Keck Seng and Regency Tower in KL at least worth RM300 million in total. It has over 600 acres of development land in Pulai area Johor Bahru where adjacent lands have changed hands recently from RM2 to RM5 million. It also possesses over 8,000 acres of plantation and housing land in Pasir Gudang area. The vast majority of Keck Seng's properties have not been revalued for 40 years. Its audited NTA is RM7.77, actual NTA should be several times higher. What potential TSH got? If it really has high potential, TA, RHB-OSK and BIMB won't value it at only around RM1.10 a share. So stop your non stop BS.

Big Tua Pao Tan, you have been repeating this over 100 times so far this year. TSH produced 51,800 tons of CPO in the latest quarter and assuming its net profit was RM1,600 per ton, net profit from CPO alone would amount to RM83 million for the April to June quarter. It also produced 11,100 tons of palm kernel, 5262 cubic meter of timber and 106,700 kg of rubber. Its net profit should be way above RM100 million. Why did it turn in a net profit of only RM25 million?

True, Keck Seng has nearly 9,000 acres of land of which about 1,800 acres are valuable residential, commercial and industrial lands which you deliberately omitted. The rest are oil palm plantations. Your claim that TSH has over 150,000 acres of plantation land was already an exaggeration. It has only 123,000 acres of such land. This morning you inflated TSH's land banks to 200,000 acres. When is TSH's land bank going to magically reach 1,000,000 acres?
