from what i see from the report i notice few thing 1)Loan & Borrowing for Non Current & Current liabilities all reduce significantly from 90Mil (Non & Current) to 54Mil about 40% reduce (sooner bcom cash rich company after settle most of loan?).. 2) Cash at bank increase from 1mil to 13mil around 90% increase (better flow to acquire sme plantation company?)..3) Any idea why said eps is reducing?cos the accumulated year is increase from 5.35 sen to RM7.07 sen..with these points showing the company is healthy.. anyway just read it no dividend pay out sienz..anyway TSH is one of the major shareholder so i think maybe still got some shows goes on..anyway just my point of view la happy investing^^

wondering will they announce dividend pay out o not if yes i may consider of re-enter it again:p shd hv i guess cos right issue etc raise fund is done they shd have money to pay dividend..

Erm I would said the result ad reflected on the last 3 qtr report so I not worry of it:) just how like NICORP showed turn over to green result for one whole year..the price shoot up from 0.07 to current max 0.1..so scbuild definetly will be the same..time will tell^^ anyway just my point of view^^

I never convert any warrant in my investment life b4 but keep collecting good % margin from them so wat my theory is 只要是会捉鱼的猫就是好猫^^ cos my reminser did mention premium to me as well but I don't understand so be it still I make good profit % n she admit correct don't follow premium so kao cos not apply on every share..if blue chip maybe yes their warrant can use premium as guide cos they mostly will protect the value etc..

If no mistaken wa at 0.03-0.035 , wb 0.02-0.025.. I recall I took profit during Sept after hold about 3mnth..more than 40%..during tat time the mother sudden shoot up break 0.1 lvl smth like tat..
