Good advice Tan KW. I hope parents out there after reading this will teach their children to save from a young age. It doesnt matter if you are a rich family always impart good saving habit to children. If you are rich dont spend money unwisely instead donate to those in need. Donation for a worthy cause is enriching one's health.

Mr. Ooi, you said buy and hold is best strategy. If there is a sell sign do you notify your investors to sell as well so that they can get out in time. We may not understand Technical analysis.

It is God who has given people the ability to produce wealth to become rich. So when one is rich dont forget the poor and needy. To me I notice rich people are stingy and poor people are generous. The rich keep the wealth to themselves and the poor outgive the rich.

Not need car inspection by Road Transport Department. Just check the record of the owner or driver from accident records and not the car. Accidents mostly due to human error.

Whose idea is that. My cars are 23 and 13 years yet worthy as ever. Are all accidents due to cars above 12 year old or due to human carelessness. Please check records of accidents first. Think of the poor people they can only afford to buy second hand cars what more to say new cars. This will only benefit the car sellers. Let not the rich enjoy everything please think of the poor please.
