Besides that, he said the optimism over the Covid-19 vaccine would lead to market rotation where investors would shift from growth to value stocks next year, particularly the beaten-down stocks like plantation, airlines, hotel, tourism, gaming, banking, and real estate investment trusts (REITs).

With additional profit from gloves and economy returns to normal....dividend above 6.5 sen is realistic for 2022 onward.

Dividend for 2020.....3.35 sen
.........for 2019.....4.5 sen
.2018 and before......not less than 6.5 sen
At current price, 6.5 sen gives a yield of 7.1%.....triple FD and higher than ASB/ASM.

Phase one production target : 3.68B pieces of gloves.
At a conservative profit of USD15 per 1000 (pre covid ASPs), it works out to be about 9 sen per share, at a conservative 15 times PE...it's RM1.35 (gloves alone).....fair price plus property should be above RM2.00.
Phase two production target (2022) ; another 3.68B pieces.
Mahsing is now a value (property) + growth (gloves) stock.
But the trading is still volatile.....if want to buy is for keep....
....don't buy to trade.

Shares of cruise operator Carnival rose more than 7%. United Airlines and Boeing were both up more than 5%. Disney closed 2.1% higher on the back of better-than-expected quarterly numbers. At the sector level, energy and industrials rose 3.8% and 2.2%, respectively, to lead the S&P 500 higher. Financials were up more than 1%.
Both the Dow and S&P 500 logged strong weekly gains, boosted by Pfizer’s news on Monday that the vaccine it is developing with BioNTech was more than 90% effective in a trial. This caused a rotation into the cyclical stocks that would benefit from an economic comeback next year. Investors dumped technology shares which have held up during the pandemic.

DDNK believes that the snap election would be able to resolve the current domestic political situation and hence attract more foreign inflows into the local market and push it higher next year.
“This (snap election) will be one of the biggest catalysts for the market’s bullishness next year,” he told Bernama.
