Bro stargazer1, I used the same technique to analyze ifca when it was at 0.41....that was my first entry into the counter and I am still holding 50% of it till now. I bought much more at 0.745 upon a wake-up call from bro ozzie75.... :)

Bro stargazer1, yes... I have done my research on systech. I am going to keep until nearing to its next quarterly report by next month. I may sell 40% before the report is due and the balance depending on the outcome of the report. My TP1 is 0.38 and TP2 is 0.49... It has the potential to follow ifca's footstep going forward... Strictly based on my personal analysis... :)

Currently, I am holding and riding on ifca and systech. Some portion of my ifca has risen more than 100% and I believed that systech has good potential as well... :)

Under the revised Multiple Proposal (MP), Sums is asking more money from the shareholders whereas the purchase price of BE is reduced by usd60m...why? Let say you are holding 5 shares of Suma. Under the original MP, you have to fork out rm1 for your RI entitlement BUT now under the revised MP, you have to come out with rm1.20 for your RI entitlement. Why asking more from others? Why issue so many new shares? Why Halim benefitted the most by enjoying huge discount from 55sen to 23sen?....

I read and read and read and read again and again on the revised Multiple Proposal.... My opinion and conclusion based on the staggering number of shares upon completion of the proposed RI together with NPV method of valuation, there is nothing much to look forward....unless Brent oil recovers to above usd73/barrel....

Make sure you know how to float as well... :)
