Bro ozzie75, there is no further update on Sumatec's operations and the progress on workover programs. As such, it is very difficult to extrapolate on financial position thus future earnings of Suma. Hopefully, the management could provide certain progress report together with Q4'14.

Bro joerakmo, the purpose is to streamline business activities. Just like Petronas which has PetDag, PetGas and PetChem. Sumatec is emulating that structure by novating the gas business to SumatecCorp (SCSB).

Bro ozzie75, most likely I guess they would extend the timeframe and the terms as well. I doubt Bursa to gives approval based on the current terms. Till now Bursa kept it under KIV...whereas the submission was done for quite sometime already...just my personal view.

The Receivables involved intercompany transactions. So, we have to watch out for that..

Bro stargazer1, based on Q314 results Sumatec has performed very well. My only concern then was on Receivables. Q414 should be better as oil is traded on forward basis and not on spot market. My concern now is Q115 and onwards.... We have to wait for the oil crisis to settle down to gauge on the impact on Sumatec financial position.

The oil crisis has drag down the whole market irrespective of sectors. That was the reason I sold of my portfolio including Nestle and Dutch Lady. Waiting for calmer water before starting to sail again.
