Whereas I bought very much more shares when it drop about 20 cents and later it went up day by day. Today i collect plenty of thousands in dividend and the price still went up 4 cents today...so double profit for me.

hng33 entitle dividend 19sen, sold back SPsetia at 2.88, lock in profit, free up capital

seems you gain nothing as you gain dividend 19 cents but your loss from price is 20 cents as you sold at 2.88, so you still lose 1 cent per share....correct me if I am wrong.

Good support from EPF, price from down 4 cents to up 4 cents, tomorrow will be higher too...stay tuned.

BREXIT AND BATTERSEA

As of to-date, we have sold approximately 85% of the 1,661 units launched for Battersea in 3 phases. This comprises Phase 1 at 99%, Phase 2 at 90% and Phase 3a at approximately 60%.

Phase 1 is scheduled to be completed and delivered on a staggered basis starting from 4Q2016 to 2Q2017. Therefore, we expect to recognise part of the profit from Phase 1 in this financial year 2016. While the profit from Phase 1 will be recognised, it will also be reinvested in the development of Phase 2 and Phase 3, which are expected to be completed in 2020. As such, the fluctuation in pound sterling would be confined to accounting effect as profit will remain invested in the project for the longer term.

Amidst the short term uncertainty in the aftermath of Brexit, we are still positive on the long term prospects of Battersea and remain committed to the development of the entire project, which is expected to be fully developed by 2025.

This announcement is dated 28 June 2016.

I don't think LTAT wants to sell the remaining 4 million shares they now hold. They have sold about 70% of their total holdings and may want to keep some for investment......just a wild guess only.

I think the price had stabilize by the look of it's transaction. Market down but Tienwah stays steady....perhaps time to pick up more today.

why can this idiotic LTAT dispose all of it's shares in Tienwah quickly and be done with instead of everyday disposing it off bit by bit at a few cents cheaper each time. zamzam22 new TP is about 4.20 but it can go higher than that. I remember that at one time the TP given was about 4.00 cent but it went up to above 4.40 cent, so anything can happen.....pray hard, lol
