Robin, if you want stock 'gods' there are plenty. E.g. Mr. Keranda and Mr Universe. They want to transfer your wealth to themselves.

For BM, Ekovest must be involved. Otherwise LKH not enough cash.

If announcement after 5pm, will be either limit up or down on Monday. My hunch is that LKH would cough up the RM741M deposit.

Ekovest has more than enough liquid funds, several times over, to pay off the RM741M deposit for Bandar Malaysia.
LKH has no choice but to Bandar include Elovest in Bandar Malaysia.

A last point for the newbies: All those who recommend shares, target prices in the forums are virtually certain to be members of "pump and dumb" syndicates. So learn to read charts.
Men (i.e. ALL men) lie but charts don't lie - OTB. This is one true saying from OTB that I can vouch for.
And remember, there is no free lunch.
A Chinese just bid a record USD4.56 million for lunch with Warren Buffet. But that is Warren Buffet.
For others, spend all the money on yourself instead. Buy books to learn. Use the internet. In my opinion, the internet contains all that I need to know about charts.

Thanks Shinnzaii. I quote your answer "indeed there would be conflict of interest". Forummers, especially the newbies, please note. A share trader spewing out info, target prices and recommendations to buy or sell, would be in "conflict of interest".
Don't trust anyone or their info in share investing. Likely don't trust even your own mother in share investing as someone once suggested.

Jason, learn by yourself. Don't go for classes especially the expensive ones. They tell you next to BS, besides being overpriced. The internet has all the info you need. Otherwise you lose your shirt. You sound just like a newbie ready for the slaughter by any fox, young or old.
2019-06-04 21:27 | Report Abuse
@Shinnzaii I quote you: "there is no guarantee the info is 100% correct...market is filled with uncertainty...once you trust whether they asked indirectly or directly you bear the risk...because the decision is yourself choose not they choose for you..."
So according to your values, it is OK to prey on the new inexperienced investors?
But the question remains of whether I would be in conflict of interest or unethical, if I as an interested share trader confidently gives info/advice to my friends/clients to buy sell including forcasting the price, knowing that some would rely on it.
Forummers, especially the newbies. Please note Shinnzaii's answers. That is the level of ethics that many spewing out lies/info practise.
As for me, I disagree with Shinnzaii. My moto is "Men lie but charts do not lie" - OTB.
So please learn to read charts and plan your investment strategy and timing based on them. And trust no one. Everyone giving info has an agenda. Someone suggested that even your mother has an agenda!

@Shinnzaii. I quote you "i dont think so by your word...do you provide bias information?do you force other to buy your share?"
Only I would know whether the info I provide is BS/lies or not. And of course I can't force anyone to buy the shares I recommended.
But is it a conflict of interest if I provide the info and also as a trader. And by providing the info, would I not be indirectly asking people to trust the info that I provided?
Would I not put in a disclaimer like what some analyst do even though they are not traders and do not directly hold the shares they recommended?
I shall leave this question to the members of the forum to consider carefully. And I end with a quote: "Men lie but charts do not lie" - OTB.

@Shinnzaii. Blaming is human nature. But would I be conflict of interest? I did not ask right or wrong either.
If I am a trader and I tell you to buy or sell and also forecast the price, would I not at least be in conflict of interest?

Recession in the US. Many indicators points to this. But likely Trump may change course. he don't want to lose re-election in 2020.
In Asia, China's economy is still going strong at around 6% per year.

No one can consistently predict a stock price. In fact don't predict at all. Why risk being called a "liar" when prediction goes wrong? Go by the charts and not by anybody's farts.

Do not trust in share investing. Go by the chart because humans lie but charts don't lie - OTB's million ringgit advice.
In my opinion, I became a real share investor by learning to read charts. Not yet expert, still make some costly mistake but learning.

Nasdaq affected by trade war. US chip counters badly affected as China is by far the world's biggest consumer. But Asian chip counters rose. SCIMP went way up. Frontkn to benefit.
Friday's last minute sell-down was due to oil price down. Frontkn has some exposure to O&G sector but not core business.
Asian chip counters are expected to rise.

Trump can't afford to let the Dow go down. It's election campaigning for Presidential 2020. There will be a deal with China. The US tech companies are putting pressure on Trump.
