Whatever outcome of trade war, unlikely there will be much impact. China's now steadying the world's economy as she did in 1998 and 2008 against all the troubles made by the US.

In fact China had foreseen what the US would do to desperately stop China. That's why the BRI.

China deliberately throw a spanner into the works to send a message: Trump is on the ropes as the US economy is about to sink. And with the presidential election campaigning for 2020 already started, Trump needs China more than China needs Trump.
