@Alex Chan. I was the one mentioning strong support at 1.39 but on that particular day only. My chart recalculates after every trading session. Today's support is at 1.35.

Kali on the way out - a matter of when not if. Only two scenario is therefore relevant: 1) If Azizah becomes new MB - will be bad for Puncak and good for KPS; 2) if BN comes to power - Good for Puncak and bad for KPS. BUT Puncak is still front-runner for the Petronas contract in Pengerang. Another uncertainty is the EGM - whether Roxali will give good special dividend or use money to go into OP ventures!

@stkoay. If I remember correctly, Puncak had already accepted in principle the offer letter from KDEB. It's subject to the EGM's approval.

Signed agreement is binding. Offer letter is, as you said, subjected to due process by Puncak and therefore some uncertainties. But with the signing of the heads of agreement of the MOU, subject to the terms and conditions therein, have together with the use of WSIA, override the EGM. It's almost like a done deal. Even if Kali steps aside as MB, unlikely his successor can do much to reverse, provided Kali has also signed all approvals for Langat 2 and the work-around to bypass Langat2.
