Never say never. The technology in demand is ultra-deep sea drilling, hydraulic fracturing (fracking) and octopus drilling - the very technology that is flooding the USA with surplus oil AND gas for the world markets. The question: did SKPetro overpay for out-dated technology? If it do not have these technologies, it may have to pay a high premium to acquire them! If it aspire to be a global O&G investor competing against the big boys, it must have both the brains (both technological and managerial) and heft (financial) to compete. Does SKPetro has these. If so, I will stand down my case. If not I rest my case!

Diversity of views prevent 'group-think' leading to group-sink. I was concerned at the exuberance for this stock given the negatives and voiced my opinion. That's all.

ESOS is good - ties down the employees needed; also expect company to grow and employees grow with it; so they work hard and more loyal. Remember SKPetro's product is mainly O&G field services. Amount of ESOS shares released usually not large enough to significantly dilute the market price. It's major shareholders and especially directors dumping shares that are more concerning. A company like SKPetro is affected by the credibility of its management, it's debt to equity ratio and the future market prospect of its business.
