Dun expect too much for this QR. This QR is Ramadhan and festive season, the progress claim is very much lower compared to other QR. So be prepared for another weak QR result. My advise is to sapu the shares by end of October.

Old town is selling like hot cake in China. How about PWR? I think not so easy to break in to the market of China. PWR should sponsor more TV programme and perhaps some movie. I suggest PWR to do some video shooting to promote it to China Market. The marketing startegies is very weak for PWR. The marketing department should be more creative and innovative in order to penetrate larger market share. Market is tought everyway, but why other ppl can perform except PWR? The marketing director should come out with better marketing plan. I will tembak the marketing head during AGM. I would like to pass a motion to cut his/her salary by not performing well. Should do more creative strategy to boost more sales... Ah Niu is outdated celebrity, only Gen Y knows who is he. Youngster dunno who is Ah Niu. The share price movement today speak a thousand words....Koyak means koyak. RM1.05 is the maximum value for MBSB based on current scenario. Banking license doesnt meant anything. The ability to implement the plan and execute the plan is the key element.....I give you 10 banking license but you cant perform or takes years to perform is equivalent to ZERO.....

Lets see who is beneficted?Buy this share when everything is confirm and finalised. 1.28 is very high price and the real value of this stock only worth 1.05. Bear in mind, the managment have to fork up billions of ringgit to buy the system, open new branches, ATM machine and etc. Where to get the money? The investment gonna take how many years? Please be more realistic, all these are initial outlay cost. 1 ATM machine cost RM80K , try to ask youself how many ATM machine MBSB gonna buy?

2. Online banking system, worth millions of ringgit ok. How to recover within short period of time.

3. Opening new branches, the renovation and set up cost is easily RM800K for 1 branch. Try to calculate how much money gonna pump in?

4.Training cost, how many courses have to arrange for their staff?

The market sentiment is very low for Property Counter and construction company related to residential projects. Dun compare KERJAYA to MLGLOBAL. Few years back when KERJAYA share price was only 1.30-1.50 that was during the good old days during property booming time. Now, the sentiment is so poor now. Please dun compare KERJAYA and mislead others. Christopher, please compare apple to apple. MLGLOBAL might take years to break the price level of 1.40 ok.....The IBS is still under processing stage, success or not still a question mark. Nobody can guarantee the IBS will succeed only god knows. To buy when the price drop to 1.23 or lower. Current price is too high d. The QR was bulan ramadhan (Puasa Month) the beverage comsumption is very low which will impact PWR's sales for 1 whole month of June. Most of the export market are middle east and dubai. Hence, the sales should be much lower and dun expect much on the coming QR. That is why the share price drop to 2.03 recently....I dun think PWR will declare the same dividend rate for this QR. The Qatar crisis might affect PWR. So 2 incident might drag the sales performance of PWR. This QR should be so so or lower than expectation. Suggest to buy after QR. Not in hurry.....
