You have to reduce the number of civil servants. It is overbloated, which is not good for the govt coffers.

Civil servants have outsourced their work to people who need it.
Many tasks are now forced upon the people.
With online service, their hegemony have gone through the roof.
Step into any government agency, they would tell you to use online platform.
If the online service is top notch I have no complain, however reality is different.
Even going to government clinic, you are told to use MySejahtera app before appearing.
Sucks!
