Honestly if u ask me, I don't think is RC factor. If RC play TP wld be 3-10 times higher at least, hahaha. But I seriously think there are some corp movements coming very very soon. I've being monitoring it since 7c period after CNY along with DVM. Definitely insiders are collecting it all this while and waiting for the right "showtime"! Now could be the time. Just watch it for the next few days. ;)
