IGB REIT, a unit of Malaysian property firm IGB Corp Bhd , has hired CIMB Investment Bank and Hong Leong Investment Bank as the joint principal advisers and joint managing underwriters for the IPO.
I'm going for this one.I think one of the best IPO REIT. Issue price @ RM1.25.Forecast Distribution/unit-6.38 sen. Yield on Retail IPO Price- 5.1%.Mid-Valley Megamall is a quality assets with almost fully tenanted.A prime commercial area.Should be good for long term investment. Closing date for IPO-4 Sept 2012.Balloting-7th Sept 2012. Listing on BSKL-21 Sept 2012.

Other than the IPO shall not forget about the subsidiary,Kassets. if Kassets at RM8.98, you shall get IGB Reit at IPO price RM1.25. Calculation/1000 Kassets share: 5240units x 1.25 = 6550 6550+29.20+2402.74 = 8981.94 Therefore if Kassets share price around 9 then its worth to buy as you will be getting IGB Reit shares at IPO Price
