在周期性股价跌到谷底时，投资大众对这类股票“一致”看坏，所有人——报纸、电台、电视台、杂志、股票分析师、图表师、经济学家，都“一致”看坏，认为最坏的情况尚未出现。“一致”就是大家想法相同，没有一个人有异议。这时要卖的已卖光，要买的不敢买进，股价在谷底徘徊长达二、三个月，这就是到底了
