Reserve stays at negative or RM94.6 million even after taken into account exceptional gain from disposal of land in year 2012. It may need to sell some lands to pare down the accumulated losses. Without sufficient profit, the company is not a able to frank dividends unless it opts for capital repayment.

If got a chance, I would like ask the company in AGM how they are going to do that (as mentioned in annual report) ?

i like rich asset covered in distressed earning. I had a dinner at Hotel Armada, it should be a new landmark that represents PJ.
