I don't see what's wrong hiring the right ppl to manage the company, SIA also started with capable foreigner CEO, and they learn frm them until they r able to manage n run the company by Sporean. Corporate is there to make money so those employed are able to feed their families... Maybe he has a local candidate that the gov didn't notice n short listed...
