well, now the prob is prkcorp is not gonna distribute the cash collect from integrax to the shareholders and use the cash to build the childish theme park.

this is wat the investor worry about

the book value of wisma wan stands at 9.5m, n they sell at 14.2
14.2\9.5=50%, a tiny appreciation of 50% in 18yrs, does it make sense

A nice calculation on Perak Corp.
But why wait until year 2015 to discover its value when everything is so clear and obvious?

In year 2006/2007 Perak Corp already indicated an NTA of over Rm3.00 while its share price hovered around 40 cents to 60 cents only.

Those were great times to load up on Perak Corp.

Say to say nobody bothered then.
