Iskandar alone is 3 times singapore size, even the whole singaporeans move in here, only max will take out 1/4. So there is no worry iskandar would have shortage of lands or houses, no hurry to rush in. Therre is just not enough population to fill out the 3x singaporean size iskandar. That is just iskandar, not yet count the other place in Johor, another thing i worry is - what about the security, is that enough police to take care of such a big place ?
Anyway, i do plan to move to johor and buy a house there, but i wont worry there is not enough house bcos the place is too big for even the entile singapore movi in,
