I lived in USJ 13 from 2010 to 2012. The morning traffic is hell. Now with 5 condos some more... whoa... but maybe there's the BRT then traffic wont be so bad.

Mark Twain once said "Buy Land as they dont make that anymore".
With more and more condos and high rise coming up, the price of landed houses (terrace, semi-d, bungalows) will appreciate more. The supply of landed houses is limited, whereas the supply of high rises are ever increasing.
BUY LANDED FOR LONG TERM.
