My concern is ICULS holders can start to make conversion since Oct16 and that will dilute the reported EPS in Q4 FY16 quarterly report, and may then drive down stock price. Is my concern valid ?

Because my analysis has factored that in by assuming full conversion of ICULS resulting in enlarged share cap of 158 mil shares

If, JHM consistently mantain the same result. By second half year 2017 JHM will qualify to apply to Main Board.

Time frame might very close with SALUTICA (ACE) .

Qtr report mentioned that there are higher wastage from newly installed mc. This maybe is from the 33 layer stretch film mc. This is the 2 consecutive qtr affected. But I seem this as a strong base/skill acquired for the next incoming new mc.
