The shareholder is selling since share price was RM2 before split, the share price surge to RM3 then split to RM1.1 and what is the price now? More ever, PE is count by past earning, should look in growth in future and order book.

Agreed to moneysifu, writer don't know how to analyse & read QReport properly, the PE should be higher. If based on the concept to sell when PE high, then everyone should sell GDex, MyEG, Inari, Pos, PBB.... & buy all property stocks because most of them are PE 5times & below
